Photo Requirements...
The better the photos, the better the likeness will be. Send a variety of photos to help our artists and sculptors create a custom figurine that looks like a mini version of you. After all, we are creating a three dimensional figurine!
Can the sets be switched?
Yes you can mix and match the body poses. The bride and groom are individual figurines.
How long will it take?
Please allow 3 weeks for delivery from the date you submit suitable photos. This product requires a 3 part proofing process. For each set of changes you make at any stage of product creation, the artists require 5 additional business days. In other words, if you need your order in 3 weeks time, you must not make any changes at any stage of production.
After you submit your photos, we will send you three sets of proof photos. The first set will be the male and female heads compared with the original photo. You may make any changes to the facial structures. The next set of photos will be once the hair and painting has been done on the heads. You may also make changes to this stage. Finally, we will send you a photo of the final creation complete with the bodies and any props ordered. You still have the final say before your cake topper is shipped.
Who designs the figurines?
Atlanta Wedding Info is an authorized reseller. The company that designs the figurines has a team of in-house sculptors trained at a professional level with over 10 years of sculpting experience combined!
Why is our cost lower than most other custom figurines?
The body and accessories are standard designs made from poly resin. Therefore, only the head needs to be customized from polymer clay. This process also allows you to receive your figurines much faster.
Can any of the colors be changed?
The color of the hair, skin, eyes, clothing, accessories, and base can be changed for no additional charge.
What is the Return Policy?
Since the figurines are custom made, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. We will insure the items if they are damaged from shipping.
Are other figurines and accessories available?
We focus on marketing the wedding-related products but other standard figurines are available for many occasions. Fully custom-made poses and bobble heads are also available. They take about 6 to 8 weeks to complete.
