The purpose is to direct, correct, and protect them from gross errors or actions that could lead to costly mistakes. Another wealth building principle is agreement. Agreement is garnered to add power and peace to each employee’s efforts to realize the vision. Communication, agreement, sow and reap, unconditional love, organization, obedience, authority and stewardship are principles of wealth building. Fortune 500 families learned to apply these principles and prosper. They will also work for you, if you work them.
