The wedding date is set, but you and some of your attendants are feeling a little anxious about how to shed those unwanted pounds before your "big day". Rumor has it that some family members are starting to think about losing weight before buying the perfect outfits to wear to the parties and the wedding.
 
Try starting a weight management and fitness program that anyone in your wedding party can easily follow. Get started by learning to eat six small balanced meals a day. Don't panic, it’s easy! By eating balanced, small portions of protein and carbohydrates more often, you will regulate blood sugar levels throughout the day. This will keep hunger pangs away and it is also one of the quickest ways to restart your metabolism which allows your body to be "the ultimate fat burning machine."
 
After successfully incorporating the "six a day" plan into your daily routine, start an exercise program that fits your ability and lifestyle. Try starting with an exercise routine that is easy, and that can be done at home. No need to join an expensive gym.
 
If you need help, seek a personal health coach to assist you by recommending foods and training. Their goal is to help you and your wedding party look and feel great for your wedding day. They can help you achieve a lifetime of weight control and optimal health.
